7 Mile Run - Saturday, August 20th

Ah yes, another morning run from Ocean Beach through the park and back. Total run was 7 miles. I'm still pretty amazed, that I'm able to run this much. I felt very strong today and was running at a nice pace. It was freezing by the beach today. Welcome to SF weather. I love when our trainings are in the city. Usually they are in Marin and it pretty much takes over our day.
